Lighting Safety For Night Meetings Covered
08-Feb-2010: After a recent inquiry from an association member, the QROA took up the case of potential failed lighting for night meetings.
The member was concerned what fallback procedures were in place should lights fail mid race.

HOSS is good news for Horses
